Refund policy

Right of Cancellation

You can cancel your order by sending us an email at finnishleather@gmail.com. We will send you further instructions for returning the product. The cancellation period ends 14 days after receiving the order. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (10,00€).

We will issue a refund once the package has been returned to us. You will receive a separate email confirming the refund, and it may take a few business days for the refund to process.

Uncollected Orders

If the order is not collected or if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, we will refund your order upon receipt of the return. However, we will deduct the shipping and handling fees of 10,00€ incurred by us.

Uncollected packages do not have the right of cancellation.

Failure to collect the package is considered a breach of contract by the buyer. Therefore, the online store has the right to claim compensation from the buyer for any costs incurred (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 5, Sections 25 & 28).

Product Exchange

If you would like to exchange the product you ordered for a different color or a different product, please email us at finnishleather@gmail.com. We will provide you with further information regarding the exchange process.
