Terms of Delivery

Placing an order in our online store is binding. Please ensure that the information you provide is correct before confirming your order.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on the delivery location. We strive to ship in stock products within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. In exceptional cases, we will inform you separately.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout during the order process.

5. Liability and Risks
Ownership of the product transfers to the buyer, and the risk passes to the buyer when the product is handed over to the carrier. Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery and report any damage promptly.

6. Right of Return
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and well packed. The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer (10,00€).
